Laundry cupboard with washing machine, washing powders, and cloaks cupboard in the hall. Scottish Fine Soaps toiletries and hairdryer.

Waitrose supermarket, Marks and Spencers nearby. Superb little tearooms, cafes, pubs, and lovely privately owned shops. Small four screen cinema. Frequent buses take 5 minute to Old Town and Princes Street, or walk through the "Meadows" and "Bruntsfield links" to the centre. On-street parking at the apartment from 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, free outwith these hours. Five minutes walk to ample free parking at all times.
